What does body positivity mean to you?

Accepting the skin you’re in and self-reflect. Eliminate comparisons and take time to reflect and focus on the things that make you feel good.

The best descriptive word you’d give yourself and why?

Ambitious. I have big dreams/goals, but I crave the challenge and determination it takes to reach them successfully. My setbacks have taught me things that I would not have learned had I not stepped outside of my comfort zone.

Why did you want to be photographed in your workout attire?

When I’m in workout clothes it tells more of a story. People don’t see through the sweat, motivation and determination.

Past advice you would give yourself regarding body image or self-love?

Life is too short to get wrapped up in all the negativity.

What is something that you struggle with?

I struggle with loving my body for what it can do. It is really easy to get wrapped up in body image, but like, my legs can run a marathon.
